By downloading or using Recall-AI (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Use of the App

Recall-AI is provided for personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:

Engaging in unlawful or harmful activity.
Attempting to reverse engineer or interfere with the App.
Submitting content intended to exploit or disrupt the service.

3. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. These responses are provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees as to accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI outputs. You are solely responsible for your reliance on or use of AI-generated content.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including but not limited to design, code, logos, and trademarks, are the property of Phren Inc. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in misuse of the service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Phren Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phren Inc. shall not be liable for any damages, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or related to your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and their interpretation are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA. However, this does not override any mandatory rights users may have under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence, including in the United Kingdom, Australia, or Singapore.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of Recall-AI after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
